Aiki Altmets is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Regimen Wealth, where she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s vision, strategy, operations, client experience, and team culture. She has over 16 years of industry experience, and Aiki brings expertise from roles in client service, family office, wealth management, and business operations. She is deeply committed to delivering excellence through evolving the firm’s client service experience, team and operations.

Aiki leads the firm’s strategic initiatives at Regimen Wealth, while overseeing compliance, technology, client experience, team and day-to-day operations. Additionally, her expertise includes comprehensive financial planning and estate planning.

Aiki is known for her strategic and expansive thinking, attention to detail, and ability to make an impact across disciplines. She approaches every challenge as an opportunity and with precision, and is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential.

Aiki holds a B.A. in Managerial Sciences with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University and a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds the APMA® designation from the College for Financial Planning.
